Our
product collection of I/R & O/R Ring Set for Bearing ranges from
O/D 30 to 80 mm., dia. bore 10 mm. to 40 mm. and width 10 mm. to 40 mm.
(for balls 25 mm. to 60 mm.)
Quality Assurance & Inspection System
- Premium
raw material is being received directly from Steel Plants along with
Original T.C. Heat No. mentioned on each bar that is checked while
stacking
- Batch No. is allotted to the particular lot after making entry in Raw Material Receipt Register
- Two sample pieces are sent in laboratory for chemical checking
- No. of bars are issued on input & quantity basis on issue slip and accounted in raw-material register
- Hot sheared pieces are continuously checked by extra process man
- Forged rings or balls are dimensionally checked by the inspector to enter in the inspection sheet at an interval of one hour
- Continuous visual checking of forging by another inspector to stop underfilling, overlapping seam, etc.
- 100% visual checking is done to sort out the rejecting pieces
- After annealing, de-carb, spheroidisation and hardness of forged rings are checked
- Rings
are packed in double gunny bags with tag showing bag no., size,
quantity and wt. along with packing slip to assure size and quantity of
rings or balls.
Our Infrastructure
We
understand that quality is necessary not just to attract new customers
but also to retain our high reputation in the market. Thus, our
products go through certain laboratory tests including Carbon &
Sulphur Apparatus, Hardness Testing Machines, Metallurgical Microscope,
Polishing Machine, and Analytical Balance. A team of highly
professionally trained tool designers and tool makers contributes
significantly in our manufacturing activities. Our in-house testing
facility checks the performance of our products in different conditions
and environment, justifying our monthly production capacity of 60
tonnes.
We have installed 4 forging sets, delivering minimum
monthly production of 3,00,000 sets of I/R & O/R & Balls. Apart
from 100 lathe machines, we possess well equipped annealing section.
The tool room consists of Lathe Machines, Hacksaw Machine, Drill
Machine, Hand Drill, Bench Grinder, Hand Grinder, Rolled Thread
Machine, etc. We have employed a separate logistics assistance and
sales & marketing team to deliver exponential boost to our growth.
